My Fees
Initial Consultation (Free & Required)
Before we begin working together, we need to meet and get to know each other a little bit. I require a free 15-minute Discovery Conversation via online teleconference or phone call.

Online Sessions
*As of June 20, 2024, psychotherapy services are no longer subject to HST. Fees shown are fees billed.

My fee is $110 for a one-hour individual session, and
$140 for a one-hour relationship session.
All sessions are booked directly with me via email, and conducted online using a secure teleconferencing platform.
*An appointment should be booked only after a Discovery Conversation has been completed.
In-Person Sessions
I am currently working online only. Should you wish to meet in person, please let me know and we can discuss possibilities.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and appointment changes, as it allows me to offer the appointment time to another client. You will be charged my full fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. Please note that most insurance plans do not cover the cost of missed appointments.
